Q: How do I know if my camper has been accepted into Texas Tech Football Camp?

When you have successfully completed the online application and your credit card payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmatio­n letter to the email address you associate with your online account. If you believe that your registration went through successfully but you have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk email folder. If you still cannot find your confirmation, please email us texastechfootballcamps@gmail.com or call us at 806-742-4260.

Q: Does Texas Tech Football Camp provide scholarships or financial assistance?

Unfortunately, we are limited by NCAA regulations and are unable to provide financial assistance to our camp.

Q: WHERE AND WHEN IS CHECK-IN?

3-Day Youth Camp and 3-Day High School Camp:
Check in will be held 12pm at the Fresh Plate Dining Hall located in Bledsoe Resident Hall located directly south of the Texas Tech Football Facility at the corner of University and Glenna Goodacre Ave. Overnight campers will be housed in the Sneed Resident Hall which is located directly south of the Bledsoe Resident Hall. All meals per camp schedule will be provided at the Fresh Plate Dining Hall. Check out on the last day will be at the Fresh Plate Dining Hall.

One Day High School Camp:
Check in will be held at 12pm at the Texas Tech Football Training Facility located directly southeast of Jones AT&T Stadium. Parking is available in the east lot of Jones AT&T Stadium.

Q: DO I NEED TO BRING A PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION / INSURANCE FORMS WITH ME?

These forms are available on our camp website. You can either bring them to camp registration or it is strongly suggested you fax it to Laura Vandergriff at 806-742-0299 or email it texastechfootballcamps@gmail.com ahead of time. These forms are required for your camper to participate in camp

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF MY CHILD HAS AN ALLERGY, MEDICATION TO TAKE, OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITION THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR CAMP'S MEDICAL PERSONNEL?

Our camp training staff, headed up by Texas Tech Football Team Trainer, will have a table set up during check-in. They are there to discuss any of your camper's medical concerns including allergies and the administration of medication. They will also collect medications to be administered at that time.

Q: WHAT MEALS WILL MY CAMPER GET ON CAMPUS?

For the 3-Day Youth Camp and the 3-Day High School Camp, dinner will be provided on the first day of camp, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on the second day of camp and breakfast only will be provided on the third day of camp. No meal will be provided for the One Day High School Camp.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CHILD'S REGISTRATION?

Full refunds (minus any online service fees) will only be given for medical illnesses or unforeseen accidents. A physician's letter is required on all refund requests prior to the first day of camp.
